Daikin earns high praise at the 2023 Finder Customer Satisfaction Awards
Daikin, a global leader in air conditioning, has been recognised at the 2023 Finder Customer Satisfaction Awards for its innovative cooling solutions.
To determine Australia’s favourite brands, Finder surveyed more than 30,000 real shoppers across a range of product types and industries.
In the best-rated air conditioner brand category, Daikin picked up a Highly Commended award with an overall customer satisfaction rating of 4.6 out of 5.
This was among the highest scores in the survey, beating out other major industry players.
Highly commended results
Daikin received impressively high scores from customers across all scoring metrics.
In addition, it was recommended by 98% of respondents. This was one of the highest recommendation ratings in the survey.
Here’s a breakdown of how Daikin performed in each metric:
- Performance: 4.7/5 – Daikin’s air conditioning systems were praised for their performance, with the advanced inverter and heat pump technologies providing ample cooling without compromising energy efficiency.
- Ease of use: 4.7/5 – Customers rated Daikin air conditioners highly for their intuitive controls and user-friendly interfaces which makes temperature adjustments a breeze.
- Cleaning and maintenance: 4.5/5 – Daikin ACs also received high marks for upkeep. The easy-access front panels and well-designed air filters help to simplify the cleaning process while keeping units operating at peak performance.
- Product features: 4.6/5 – Customers were equally impressed with their Daikin’s breadth of features. From energy-saving modes to advanced air purification technologies, there is plenty to discover beneath each hood.
- Value for money: 4.6/5 – Despite their advanced features and superior performance, Daikin’s air conditioning systems were considered great value for money by the majority of surveyed customers.
