Can cooling-only indoor units be connected to a reverse-cycle multi outdoor unit?

Connection of cooling-only indoor units to a reverse-cycle outdoor unit (and vice versa) is not possible.

The units are designed to work specifically with their corresponding outdoor units (e.g. a cooling-only indoor unit pairs solely with a cooling-only outdoor unit).
