We are seeking a collaborative and influential Human Resources Business Partner that can contribute to the Daikin vision and HR’s mission by;

• Working closely with the HR Manager and HR Team to develop a robust HR Operational Excellence Program.
• Working closely with the assigned portfolio to translate HR and Business Priorities into a People Plan that details solutions, to close out the identified gaps in capability, tools, engagement, cultural alignment and leadership effectiveness.
• Working closely with the HR Team Members - Centre of Excellence - to ensure the right person is engaged in the role and is provided with the necessary support and development to succeed.
• Support the negotiation of the Enterprise Bargaining Agreement.
• Continuously seeking ways to optimise performance through consultation, empowerment, coaching and the development and delivery of workshops.
• Lead and contribute to the implementation of HR Program, Initiatives and Activities.
• Contribute to regional and global programs.

To be successful in this position, you will:

• Have gained experience as a HR Generalist and with exposure to ER, IR and Compliance to Employment related legislation.
• Strong in coaching for optimized performance and dispute resolution
• Ideally your experience is from a mix white- and blue-collar industry like construction, manufacturing and/or worked in environments with Enterprise Agreements and multiple Modern Awards
