About the role

We are looking for an exceptional Human Resources Business Partner to join our dynamic HR team.
Our operating model is comprised of HR business partner model, that is supported by the HR centre of excellence. This structure allows us to provide strategic HR support across the organisatio, ensuring our people-centred management philosophy is embedded in every
interaction we have with our stakeholders.
Our organisational culture has our people at the heart of everything we do, our ethos of person-centered management drives our pillars of success as a team. As an HRBP you will play a key role in driving value-adding change, collaborating with stakeholders and fostering a positive and innovative work environment .You will have a desire to grow and develop with in a dynamic team who’s leading the change from the front.

About you

As the HR Business Partner, you will be pivotal in driving our pillars of success and partnering with key stakeholders in the business in this transformational change journey.

Your success in this role will be determined by

Demonstrated experience to provide sound HR generalist advice and deliver change initiatives in a collaborative team environment
Proven ability to develop strong relationships across the business at a variety of stakeholder levels nationally
Strong influencing and coaching skills
Ability to be agile and adapt coaching needs to stakeholders 
Ability to support and mediate the resolution of complex performance management and employee relations issues in a proactive manner to achieve positive outcomes
Experience in interpretation of Enterprise Bargaining Agreements and Awards, and a strong understanding of the Fair Work Act
Remuneration and benefits experience with proven strategies and experience that goes beyond traditional market evaluation
Be open to HR project work in remuneration and benefits

Key Responsibilities:

Provide operational support to enhance HR processes and procedures.
Work collaboratively with in our HR team on our Policy and governance framework to ensure adherence to regulations and company policies, remuneration and grading activities. 
Utilize project management skills to drive successful HR initiatives.
Partner with key stakeholders in the organisation to build their capability in ER/IR
Offer performance coaching to support the growth and success of the workforce.
Lead project work on remuneration and benefits to attract and retain top talent.
