About the role

Our Research & Development team, based in Chipping Norton NSW has an exciting opportunity for join us as a Design Engineer working on air conditioning design and verification work from concept generation to product release.
This role will require you to apply engineering knowledge and experience to design and develop AC systems such as concept designs, prototyping, testing to manufacturing support. You will also be actively participating and contributing in product development throughout the development process.
This role will be provided with mentorship and development to have responsibilities in leading internal/external technical seminars, development and maintain technical specifications and actively participate in product value engineering.
What you’ll possess, making you successful for the role
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Good understanding of AC components towards designing and selection
• Experience on AC simulation softwares and understanding of electrical and/or electronic diagrams will be highly regarded
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Strong team player with effectively communication skills
