Daikin has enacted its remote working plan for all employees across Australia that are able to work from home.
Daikin Service Technicians are equipped with technology that allows them to record any risk relating to Coronavirus, if a risk is recorded, they will be unable to proceed with the job. Daikin Service technicians have been supplied with stock of hand sanitizer, disposable gloves and also extra uniforms to allow a complete change of clothes each day. Daikin Service Technicians are instructed to frequently exercise the preventative hygiene and social distancing measures outlined by the Australian Government. Most importantly, Daikin Service Technicians are equipped with commercial-grade surface wipes, these wipes will be used to clean any surface they touch in a customer’s home.
Daikin is focused on communicating regularly with our Daikin Specialist Dealers, customers and staff to keep them informed as the outbreak progresses and official advice changes.
